Sessions & Logging

A session is one day's shooting — the shots you fire, against which targets, with what result. Logged shots power the truing and calibration tools that fit the solve to your rifle.

Sessions & Logging

A session is one day’s shooting — the shots you fire, against which targets, with what result. Logged shots power the truing and calibration tools.

Starting a session

  • On Results, tap Log. The button reads Logging and pulses while a session is live.
  • Tap it again to log a shot against the current target, or to end the session. Return the same day and you carry on where you left off.
  • Each logged shot pre-fills with the calculated dope at the target’s range; enter the actual drop/windage you observed.

On-screen logging widgets

  • Shot Log — a widget version of the log table, for entering shots without leaving the grid.
  • F-Class Plotter — tap shots onto a scoring target face; scores mirror into the session’s shot log.

Reviewing sessions

  • Sessions (drawer → Range & Targets) lists past sessions; open one to review or edit its targets and shots.
  • Shots imported from a chronograph can be routed into a session target — see Importing Data.
