Trajectory Chart
A configurable XY line chart of the solved trajectory. One widget covers most of the obvious plots — drop over distance, drop over time, velocity or energy over range — via axis selectors.

A configurable XY line chart of the solved trajectory. One widget covers most of the “obvious” plots (drop over distance, drop over time, velocity/energy over range, etc.) via axis selectors.
Usage
- Add from the palette.
- Configurable (gear):
- X axis — Range or Time (of flight).
- Y axis — Drop, Velocity, Mach, Energy, Wind Drift, or Spin Drift.
- Range scale (range axis only) — Range unit, Min range, Use full range or a set Max range, and Auto tick spacing or a set Tick spacing.
- Scope (drop axis only) — Show scope line marks where the drop curve crosses the line of sight, i.e. the near and far zeros. With it on, Focus on zeros clips the range axis to a tight window around that pair, unless you have set your own min/max above.
- A dashed vertical marker tracks the active range.
- When the Y axis is Velocity or Mach, the transonic band (Mach 0.8–1.2) is shaded so you can see where stability matters.
- The Wind Drift axis draws the low/high band as a filled envelope.
Output
- A themed line chart with gridlines, axis labels in the active units, the active- range marker, and (where relevant) the transonic shading, wind envelope or zero callouts.
