Privacy Policy: HT-X3006 Chronograph App
This policy explains how the HT-X3006 app handles your information. The HT-X3006 app is a companion application for the HT-X3006 chronograph, developed by DaftSolutions Ltd as part of the dopeology ecosystem.
Data Storage
The HT-X3006 app operates entirely on your device. All ballistic data you record—your shooting sessions, shot velocities, projectile details, and shooting notes—is stored locally on your device only. No data is transmitted to any server or cloud service.
What We Collect
We do not collect any personal information. The app:
- Does not require or request an email address or account
- Does not require any form of authentication or sign-in
- Does not collect your name, location, or any identifying information
- Does not use analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies
- Processes only the ballistic data from your HT-X3006 chronograph that you choose to record
Data Sharing
Your ballistic data is never shared with us, with DaftSolutions Ltd, or with any third party. You have complete control over your data—it exists only on your device unless you explicitly export it and choose to share it yourself.
You can export your session data as CSV or JSON files at any time. These exported files are yours to keep, share, or delete as you see fit.
Security
Because the HT-X3006 app operates offline with all data stored locally on your device, your ballistic information is protected by your device's native security mechanisms. Your device's lock screen, encryption, and access controls are your first line of defence.
How the App Works
The app connects to your HT-X3006 chronograph via local Wi-Fi. It does not connect to the internet, does not check for updates from our servers, and does not phone home with any information. The Wi-Fi connection is strictly between your phone and your chronograph.
Your Device Storage
All your data is stored in your device's standard local storage. You can delete individual shots or entire sessions from within the app. You can also uninstall the app entirely from your device to remove all data associated with it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any material changes will be made clear, and the "last updated" date above will be revised. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any updated policy.
