Danger Space
The point-blank range and danger space for a given vital-zone size — the range band over which you can hold dead-on and still hit the vital zone.
Usage
- Add from the palette.
- Configurable (gear):
- Vital zone height — with its own unit (cm or inches), defaulting to the one that matches your distance preference. The corridor is ±half this height around the line of sight. Changing the unit reinterprets the value rather than swapping the digits.
- Range scale — Range unit, Min range, Use full range or a set Max range, and Auto tick spacing or a set Tick spacing.
Output
- A chart of the bullet path (drop, in a linear unit) against range, with the vital- zone corridor shaded and the danger-space window highlighted.
- Footer: NEAR (where the path enters the corridor) and FAR (PBR) — the maximum point-blank range.
